Cypress Tree - Cyprès sur soucle

Cypress trees are one of Provence's symbols. There is a Provence tradition for landlords to plant one cypress tree by their gate to greet the traveler and welcome them for a drink. If there are two cypress trees, then the traveller is welcome for a drink and something to eat. Three cypress trees denote full accommodation - drink, food, and a bed for a good night's rest.
